What we use and why

The request collects your name and contact number, the number of people, each person's chosen design and size, and your preferred date and time. Authorised staff see these details in the shared dashboard to handle the request, check availability and arrange the appointment. Providing them is voluntary, but we cannot handle the online request without its required fields.

This request does not ask for a passport or health information. A request sent from this website does not include reference photos; you can discuss the design with the studio.

Legal basis

We handle your request as a step you asked us to take before providing the service (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)). Technical connection data needed to provide and protect the form is handled for the legitimate interest of keeping the service secure (Art. 6(1)(f)).

If you choose WhatsApp notices for this booking, they rely on your separate, optional permission (Art. 6(1)(a)). You can ask the studio to stop them. That permission does not cover advertising. This form does not ask for marketing permission; booking notices and advertising are separate choices.

Who can access the data

Authorised studio staff can access the data according to their permissions. Ale operates the technical service for Diego as a self-employed professional under the Alewences brand; this does not make Alewences the controller of the studio's data.

Supabase hosts the dashboard data in its European region and Vercel hosts the website. Some processing by these providers or their subprocessors may take place outside the European Economic Area. You can ask the privacy contact for details of transfers and their safeguards.

How long we keep it

We keep the request while needed to answer you and arrange the appointment. If confirmed, its details remain linked to the appointment to prepare the work and handle applicable obligations or claims.

Confirmation and review

After sending the request, you will see whether the appointment was confirmed or needs studio review. Confirmation depends on the chosen design and size and an available slot. You can ask the studio to review the outcome; this process makes no decision about your health.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection and portability where applicable, and withdraw optional permissions without affecting past processing. Email the address above. You may also complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency.
